RETURNS or EXCHANGES: We do not stock any inventory on any items. Because every item is custom made per the customers exact request, there are no returns or exchanges for simply deciding you just don’t want the item or for ordering the wrong size or color. In the event that we determine a refund or exchange is acceptable, the customer will be responsible for sending the item back at the customers expense. We do not cover return shipping costs.
In the event of an EXCHANGE, the customer will be responsible for the return of the original item (unwashed and unworn) as well as the cost to ship a new item, as we will cover all the costs of purchasing a new blank item and printing costs. In the event that you are issued a refund, there is no charge if we refund you using Venmo, ApplePay or PayPal, but if you require a refund to your credit card there will a charge of 5% deducted from the total refund as our credit card processor charges us for the transaction.
